1. Definitions

“Ansatzalgo”, “we”, “our” means Ansatzalgo Technologies Private Limited, an Indian company based in Delhi. “Services” include our websites and products, such as Viewlo (a 360° virtual tour/immersive media SaaS), Likhlo AI (upcoming), and related features, content, and support. “You” or “Customer” means the person or entity using the Services.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (or have parent/guardian consent) and capable of forming a binding contract.
• Some features require a login via Google OAuth. Keep your credentials secure; you’re responsible for activity on your account.
• Provide accurate information; don’t impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with an entity.

3. Use of the Services & Acceptable Use

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and these Terms. Prohibited behavior includes (without limitation):

• Uploading or displaying content you don’t have rights to, or that violates privacy, publicity, or IP rights.
• Illegal, harmful, hateful, misleading, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable content.
• Attempting to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or excessively load the Services.
• Bypassing access controls; reselling or sublicensing without our written consent.
• For Viewlo: if you capture people or private spaces, obtain required consents. Do not capture sensitive personal data without a lawful basis.

4. Your Content & License to Us

You retain ownership of the content you upload (e.g., 360° photos/videos, logos, text, brand assets). To operate and improve the Services, you grant Ansatzalgo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, transcode, process, adapt, publish, publicly display, and distribute that content solely for:

• Providing, maintaining, and improving the Services (including caching/CDN, responsive streaming, thumbnails).
• Customer support, security, abuse prevention, analytics, and legal compliance.
• Promotional use only with your prior written consent (e.g., case studies, gallery showcases).

You represent and warrant you have all rights and permissions to grant the above license and that your content complies with these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, design, and content we provide, are owned by or licensed to Ansatzalgo and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. You may not remove proprietary notices, copy significant parts, or create derivative works without permission.

6. Plans, Billing, Refunds

• Plans & Pricing: We may offer free, trial, monthly, or annual plans for Viewlo and other products. Plan features and pricing may change with notice.
• Auto-renewal: Paid subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds: We offer a 7-day refund window for annual plans (one refund per account unless required by law). Monthly plans are generally non-refundable except where mandated by law.
• Taxes: Prices may exclude taxes or fees; you are responsible for applicable taxes.
• Cancellation: You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period.

7. Privacy & Data

We care about privacy and data security. We may collect information you provide (e.g., name, email, photos), technical data (e.g., device, IP-based location for analytics), and usage data. Authentication may use Google OAuth. AI-powered features (e.g., chatbot, TTS) may involve processing with third-party providers. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

• You control your content and can request deletion. We may retain backups or logs as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
• Do not upload sensitive personal data unless necessary and lawful; you’re responsible for appropriate notices and consents.

8. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate third-party libraries and platforms (e.g., Google OAuth, Bootstrap, A-Frame, content delivery networks, and AI APIs). Your use of those is subject to their terms and policies. Ansatzalgo isn’t responsible for third-party services and makes no warranties about them.

9. Availability, Changes, Beta

• Availability: We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or issues may cause downtime.
• Changes: We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where feasible.
• Beta/Experimental: Some features may be labeled Beta; they’re provided “as-is,” may be rate-limited, and can change or be withdrawn.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access with or without notice if you violate these Terms, risk harm to the Services or users, or where required by law. You may stop using the Services at any time. Upon termination, licenses granted by you remain in effect only to the extent necessary for legal compliance, security, and backups.

11. Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnity

Disclaimers. The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ansatzalgo and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of (a) amounts paid by you to Ansatzalgo in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) INR 10,000.

Indemnity. You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ansatzalgo and its affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content or your use of the Services in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes, subject to any mandatory arbitration or consumer protection rights under applicable law. You agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us.

13. Miscellaneous

• Updates to Terms: We may revise these Terms; we’ll post the new date above. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
• Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign to an affiliate or in connection with a merger or sale.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms and any referenced policies (e.g., Privacy Policy, Brand Guidelines) form the entire agreement regarding the Services.
• Brand & Programs: Use of our name and marks must follow our Brand Guidelines. Program pages (e.g., Sponsorships, Campus Ambassador, Partner Program) may carry additional or separate terms.
