How we collect, use, and protect your data across Ansatzalgo products, including Viewlo.
1) Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Ansatzalgo Technologies Private Limited (“Ansatzalgo”, “we”, “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data when you use our websites and products, including Viewlo (360° virtual tour SaaS) and experimental AI features (e.g., chatbot and text-to-speech). By using our services, you agree to this Policy.
2) Information We Collect
- Account & Profile (via Google OAuth): name, email, profile picture, Google-verified status. We do not receive your Google password.
- Basic device & network info: IP address (used to derive city/region/country via an IP lookup service), user-agent, and limited event logs.
- Client preferences: your browser may send timezone and language (we collect these via a small client ping to personalize the experience).
- Usage data:
- Scene logs in Viewlo (entry/exit time, scene name, duration).
- Chat logs (messages you send to our assistant, the model’s replies, token counts, and scene context).
- Reviews/feedback you submit (name, email, review text, category).
- Content you upload to our services (e.g., imgs, 360° media, text, brand assets) if/when those features are enabled on your account.
We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data (e.g., health, biometric) via our products. If your 360° media contains individuals or private spaces, you are responsible for obtaining any necessary notices/consents.
3) How We Use Information
- Provide the services: account sign-in, render tours, load scenes, play media.
- AI features: route your chat text and TTS requests to trusted providers to generate responses/audio.
- Improve & troubleshoot: diagnose issues, measure performance, combat abuse, and improve UX.
- Personalize: adapt language/time formats and relevant content to your region.
- Communicate: service notices, security alerts, and responses to your requests (we avoid marketing email unless you ask us to).
- Legal: comply with law, enforce terms, and protect rights, safety, and property.
4) Sharing & Processors
We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data with service providers who help us run the platform, strictly under contract:

We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our users and services. In a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may transfer subject to this Policy.
5) Cookies & Similar Technologies
- Essential cookies for session management (e.g., staying signed in).
- Preference signals (e.g., your language/timezone) may be cached to improve UX.
- We currently don’t embed ad trackers. If we add analytics, we’ll update this section.
You can block cookies in your browser; essential cookies are required for sign-in to work.
6) Data Retention
- Account data: kept while you have an account and for a reasonable period afterwards for compliance and audit.
- Scene & chat logs: retained to improve product quality and for security; we aim to keep them no longer than necessary.
- Reviews: stored until you ask us to remove them or they are no longer needed.
- We may retain backups or logs as required by law or to resolve disputes.
7) Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (e.g., TLS in transit, least-privilege access) to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please use a strong, unique Google account and log out on shared devices.
8) Your Rights & Choices
- Access/Correction/Deletion: email contact@ansatzalgo.com to access, rectify, or delete your data. We may ask you to verify ownership via your signed-in Google email.
- Export: you can request an export of your reviews, chat logs, and scene logs associated with your account.
- Marketing: we generally don’t send marketing emails; if we do, you can opt out anytime.
- Regional rights: depending on your location, you may have additional rights (e.g., GDPR/UK-GDPR/DPDP). We honor lawful requests.
9) Children’s Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the age of digital consent in your region). If you believe a child provided us data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
10) Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our services or laws. We’ll post the new date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted where reasonable.
