Getting Started
What is Ansatzalgo?
Ansatzalgo Technologies builds practical AI and web products. Our flagship right now is Viewlo, an interactive 360°/virtual-tour experience with media hotspots.
What is Viewlo?
Viewlo lets you explore immersive scenes (like offices or hotels) with clickable hotspots for info, imgs, and short video clips. Try the demos from the Viewlo page.
How do I sign in?
Click “Login with Google” on the top-right of the navbar. If you’re new, we’ll create your account after Google verifies you.
Where can I find documentation?
Go to More → Resources → User Guides (Docs). We’re expanding this as we add features.
Media & Performance
What media formats are used in demos?
imgs are optimized web formats (like WebP). Hotspots can show imgs or short MP4 videos.
It feels slow on my network. Any tips?
Try a stable Wi-Fi connection. Close heavy tabs, disable data-saver extensions, and let the high-res layer finish loading.
Why do videos sometimes start muted?
Most browsers auto-mute inline video. Unmute or tap to interact depending on your device.
Navigation & Controls
How do I move around a scene?
Drag (mouse/touch) to look around. Click hotspots to open media or jump points. Use back/forward in your browser to return.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. Use touch to pan. For best results, keep your device in portrait or landscape depending on the scene and avoid low-power mode.
Can I use a headset?
Basic web-VR is possible on some devices/browsers, but official headset support is not the focus of this pilot.
Programs & Community
Do you offer sponsorships?
Yes, especially for student and developer communities. See More → Programs → Sponsorships and email contact@ansatzalgo.com.
Is there a Partner Program?
Coming soon. Check More → Programs → Partner Program for updates.
Campus Ambassador?
Coming soon. See More → Programs → Campus Ambassador. You can also write to contact@ansatzalgo.com to express interest.
Roadmap & Billing
Is Viewlo free?
During this pilot, access to demos is free. Pricing for hosted tours will be announced later.
Refunds and invoices?
Paid plans are not live yet. Our billing & refund policy will be published with pricing. For procurement questions, email contact@ansatzalgo.com.
Where can I see what’s new?
See More → Resources → Release Notes (Changelog) for updates as we ship them.
Troubleshooting
The 360° img doesn’t load.
Refresh the page, check your connection, and try a different browser. If it persists, send us the console log/screenshot.
Hotspots don’t open.
Clear the cache and reload. Some corporate networks block inline media; try a different network if possible.
Signed in but redirected to login.
If you cleared cookies or use incognito, you may need to sign in again. Also ensure third-party cookies are not being blocked for Google OAuth.
Viewlo Basics
How do I open the demos?
From the Viewlo page, open a demo like the Co-Working Space or Hotel Suite. Some demos may require sign-in.
How do hotspots work?
Hover or tap a hotspot to see a title and description. Some hotspots open imgs or short videos inline.
Why do I see a low-res view that sharpens?
Viewlo loads a lightweight preview first for speed, then swaps to a high-resolution img when ready.
