  • No uploads required from you. Once you’re a client, our photography team visits your site to capture professional 360° imgry.
  • You provide documents and details (floor plans, labels, brand assets, FAQs) and we assemble the interactive tour in Viewlo.
  • You’ll review a staging link, request edits, and we’ll publish with a shareable link and embed code.

1) Kickoff & Onboarding

  1. We confirm scope, locations, and timeline; assign your project manager.
  2. You share a single point of contact and preferred review cadence.
  3. (Optional) Sign NDA if required for restricted areas.

2) What we need from you

  • Floor plan / map (PDF or img) to help with scene order and optional minimap.
  • Space list & priorities (which rooms/areas must be covered first).
  • Brand assets (logo, primary color, typography preferences).
  • Infospot content (titles, descriptions, links, media references if any).
  • Access windows and any site rules (timings, permits, safety).
  • (Optional) FAQ for the AI assistant (hours, policies, pricing).

3) Photography scheduling

  1. We agree on the shoot date/time to minimize foot traffic and maximize lighting.
  2. You prepare the spaces (tidy, lights on, doors open) and secure access permissions.
  3. Our crew arrives with 360° equipment; typical capture time is 5–10 minutes per scene.

4) On-site 360° capture

  • We capture equirectangular 2:1 panoramas at high resolution.
  • We verify each shot on location and retake if needed.
  • We log scene names keyed to your floor plan for accurate navigation later.

5) Secure asset handoff

After the shoot, our team uploads the raw and processed 360° assets to our secure storage. You’ll receive a brief confirming scenes captured. No action is required on your side — we proceed directly to tour assembly.

6) Tour assembly in Viewlo

  • We organize scenes, choose starting angles, and set transitions.
  • We add infospots based on your supplied content (copy, links, media).
  • (Optional) We add a minimap/floor plan overlay for quick hopping.
  • We apply your brand elements (logo, color, typography) for a consistent experience.

7) Review & revisions

  1. We share a staging link for your internal review.
  2. Send consolidated feedback (infospot text tweaks, order, start angles).
  3. We implement changes and confirm.

8) Publish & embed

Once approved, we publish the tour and provide a shareable URL and an embed code for your website or LMS.

<iframe src="https://viewlo.app/t/your-tour-id" width="100%" height="520" style="border:0" allowfullscreen loading="lazy"></iframe>

9) Optional — AI assistant

  • Enable the assistant and provide FAQs or policy notes; it blends these with scene context.
  • (Optional) Turn on Text-to-Speech for voice responses.
  • All conversations are logged for quality review and improvement.

10) Reviews & analytics

Track scene views, session length, and hotspot engagement. If reviews are enabled, visitor ratings and comments are stored per tour.

Viewer controls

  • Mouse: click + drag to look around
  • Scroll: zoom in/out
  • Touch: drag to pan, pinch to zoom
  • Keyboard: arrows/WSAD to nudge
  • VR: enter via headset button (if available)

Troubleshooting

  • A scene looks dark: we can re-balance exposure or schedule a quick re-shoot.
  • Infospot content needs edits: send the updated copy; we’ll patch and republish.
  • Embed doesn’t fit: try a taller iframe (e.g., 600–700px) or use a responsive container.
